Reset password and sign-in help

What to do if you cannot sign in or need to reset your password.

Start from the sign-in page and use the password reset link under the password field. Enter the email address attached to your HanziBit account.

If the reset email does not arrive, first check spam or promotions. Then confirm that you are using the same email address you originally signed up with.

If you normally use Google sign-in, do not reset a password unless you also created an email-password account with the same address.

If you are still blocked, contact support and include the email address you are trying to use plus a short description of what happens after you submit the form.
