Google sign-in troubleshooting
Common reasons Google sign-in may fail and what to check first.
Make sure pop-up blocking or aggressive privacy extensions are not preventing the Google auth window from opening or completing.
If you previously created an account with email and password, try signing in that way first. Some users accidentally create two parallel sign-in habits and then expect both to work the same way.
If Google returns you to HanziBit without signing you in, retry once in a clean browser tab. If it keeps failing, contact support and include the browser you are using plus a screenshot of the final screen.
