Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Where to manage your plan and what to include if there is a billing problem.
Manage your subscription from the billing or account settings area when available. If you cancel, your plan should remain active through the end of the current billing period.
If you were charged unexpectedly, contact support with the email on the account, the approximate charge date, and the last four digits or receipt details if available.
For refund requests, include the reason clearly. Faster requests are easier to evaluate when they explain whether the issue was accidental renewal, duplicate billing, or a product problem.
